“Kosta Maria” is not liable to users for damages that may arise from the execution or non-execution of their order (except in the cases of paragraph 8. “Defective product return policy”). The order is placed:

NUMBER
Rings are made in an average women’s/men’s size according to our sizing chart. If the consumer wishes the ring to be sent in a different size, they will have to proceed with a discount on the order and will not be entitled to a change or return for the design. The price includes a possible conversion with a slight deviation and reshipment. If the deviation is greater, the cost of adjusting/rebuilding the ring may be borne by the consumer. The exact cost will be informed after the completion of the technical inspection.
Intellectual property rights
The content of this website is the intellectual property of the ¨Kosta Maria¨ store. The distinguishing title, the trademark and the name of the site, on which the website is posted, are the property of the store. All information, text, graphics, design, software and original photographic material are the intellectual property of the store and are protected under relevant provisions of Greek and European law. Any act of reproducing, distributing, modifying or using them for commercial purposes is prohibited without the prior written permission of the ¨Kosta Maria¨ store.
Right of return/replacement
In the event of a real defect or lack of agreed quality, the buyer is entitled alternatively without charge to a) repair of the product or b) its replacement or c) a reduction of the price proportional to the defect or d) withdrawal from the sale. The consumer has the right to demand, free of charge, the correction or replacement of the product if:
The order is executed incorrectly, i.e. an item other than the one ordered or the wrong quantity or a defective product is delivered.
The consumer must contact the store within 48 hours of receiving the product on phone 2897 022314 or email info@kostamaria.gr, in order to point out the problem and approve its return.
If it is a product that does not correspond to the order, that it has not been used and is in its packaging in the condition it was received.
In any case, the product must be returned with the original accompanying document (proof of purchase) and in its original packaging.
Returns are made with the postal company that the store will indicate to customers after consultation.
Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw without reason within fourteen (14) calendar days, if no longer period has been agreed, by returning the goods in their original condition, without incurring any expense, except for the return costs. This period starts from the receipt of the products. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal by the consumer, the supplier is obliged to return the sums paid by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days.
The exercise of the right of withdrawal by the consumer is possible if:
It refers to a product for which there has NOT been a previous personalized order, such as wedding rings, or custom orders or a product that does not exist in our catalog.
The product has not been worn or used beyond testing, and no modifications have been made to the jewelry.
The accompanying document (proof of purchase) is returned.
The product is shipped in the packaging in which it was received.
An e-mail message (email) is sent to the address info@kostamaria.gr with the indication “Return” and reference to the order code.
The “Kosta Maria” store bears no responsibility for any loss or damage to the product during the return transport.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the “Kosta Maria” store has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which
will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally make a partial offset of this claim against the customer’s claim.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal by the consumer, the supplier is obliged to return the sums paid by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days.
The refund is made using the same means of payment that the consumer chose for the original transaction, except in the case of payment by cash on delivery, in which case he must indicate a bank account for the refund. The refund does not entail additional charges for the consumer, unless he chooses a different means of refund from the one he chose in the original transaction, in which case the costs that may arise from the return for the “Kosta Maria” store will be deducted from the refund amount.
The store reserves the right to withhold the refund until it receives the goods back.
To settle your order you can use one of the following payment methods:
1. Cash on delivery
We send the parcel to you by courier and you pay upon receipt. Cash on delivery is only supported for purchases over €49.
2. Payment by debit or credit card

3. Paypal
Paying via paypal is a popular method of paying and transferring small amounts of money. Paying with PayPal is free for purchases up to €100. For purchases over €100 there is an additional fee of 4%.

In 1-3 working days unless unforeseen. Free for purchases over €300, €7 charge for smaller purchases. Shipments are made in collaboration with ACS Courier.

* Orders submitted until 12:00 p.m. they are performed the same day and are sent directly to most parts of the country. Hard-to-reach places may incur extra delivery time, and during busy periods there may be delays.
